1 BEDROOM “ON THE WATER” COTTAGE – THE BOATHOUSE

Constructed in the mid 1920’s, The Boathouse has become a Minaki Landmark. The living quarters provide a 270 view of the waterway and the large spacious second floor deck provides a spectacular northern view of the Winnipeg Channel. Loaded with all the amenities this is a “Bucket List” must for the adventurous at heart. Refurbished in 2018.

Rates

Minimum Weekly: $1,000
Per Person Rates: $75/adult/day, $37.50/child/day 12 and under

Amenities include:

• Sleeps up to 2 persons
• Full Bathroom and Kitchen that includes all kitchenware, soaps and towels
• Propane BBQ’s
• Deck
• Boat docking at general dock with power and swim ladder

Other services included:

• Parking and boat launch: Sunset’s private Abby Road Properties on our Mainland Site include a private parking lot, staging area, boat launch, and 80 ft. dock for Sunset guests only.
• Resort services: The Resort Site (5 min. boat ride) has power at docks, screened-in fish cleaning shack, an ice machine, and a laundry facility
