The Private Dock, wrap-around veranda, and private setting with all the amenities enhance your vacation experience.

Minimum Weekly Rate is $1,500
Per Person Rates: $75/adult/day, $37.50/child/day 12 and under

• Parking and boat launch: Sunset’s private Abby Road Properties on our Mainland Site include a private parking lot, staging area, boat launch, and 80 ft. dock for Sunset guests only.
• Resort services: The Resort Site (5 min. boat ride) has power at docks, screened-in fish cleaning shack, an ice machine, and a laundry facility
