2 BEDROOM WATERFRONT COTTAGE – TRAPLINE

Can be rented on a weekly basis, starting and ending on Saturdays.

Built in the mid 1930’s, this vertical log construction, two-bedroom waterfront cabin has maintained its’ rustic appeal, allowing our guests to fully enjoy their lazy days on the water. Private Dock, wrap around veranda and private setting with all the amenities, all enhance your vacation experience.

Weekly Rates Only: $70 per person, per day
Minimum Weekly Rate is $1,300

Amenities include:

  • Full Bathroom and Kitchen that includes all kitchenware, soaps and towels

    • WI-FI HIGH SPEED INTERNET service and SATELLITE TV to all cottages and Boathouse Suite
    • Sunset’s private Abby Road Properties on our Mainland Site include a private parking lot, staging area, boat launch and 80 ft. dock for Sunset guests only. The Resort Site (5 min. away) has battery service to all docks / excellent area maps / fish cleaning shack with fish wrap, freezer, bait fridge and ice machine, all linens, bedding, towels, soap / all kitchenware / all appliances including microwave / electric heaters and fans / all propane barbeques / garbage shed / laundry shed (washer, dryer)  
    • Kayaks are free to Sunset Point Guests
    • Bring your own food and beverage.  Minaki has a Convenience and Liquor Store.

  • Boat & Activity Rentals

    • Boat and Motor Rental: includes boat seats, landing net, depth finder, live well, bait buckets - gas extra
    • 18ft. Lund with 4-stroke Yamaha 60hp motor: $150.00 daily
    • 16ft. Lund with Yamaha 25 hp motor: $80.00 daily / also used for courtesy hops close to Sunset Point Minaki
